Electrically Calcined Anthracite (电锻无烟煤)
Electrically Calcined Anthracite (ECA) is produced by feeding high-quality raw anthracite into electric calciners and heating at 1800-2000°C. The high-temperature electric calcination process significantly reduces resistivity, volatile matter and moisture while increasing fixed carbon content and bulk density. The resulting product features high carbon content, low resistivity, stable quality and excellent metallurgical performance. It is widely used in steelmaking, foundry and metallurgical industries as a premium carbon raiser and reducing agent.
